Just used to smaller phones. Had the Blackberry Storm (3.2 size) and now just bought the Nexus S 4G which has a 4" screen. I think my limit would be 4.3 or so.

Ya I have the captivate so 4" is a good size for me, but I've handled the infuse before and its not bad at all because of the thinness... I also think that if the NP didn't have capacitive buttons then Samsung could fit a 4.65" in what would normally be a 4.3" frame, so the NP could still work for you, I guess
