Super annoying sound glitch!

I just did a hard reset and since then I have a super annoying sound glitch. Whether it's when I skip a song, get a notification or start a video with headphones on, I hear a click before the sound starts and after it stops. The sound is only on the right earphone.

What can I do to get rid of this annoyance? This has never happened before.
