Superuser permissions - Allow or Prompt

Hello
I am looking for some info regarding permissions granted root apps.
Currently all those i have installed are set to 'Prompt' but was wondering how to decide if app needs to be 'allowed' without prompting.

Only have apps like TiB, Xposed, Wanam, Root Explorer at the moment.
Any guidence appreciated.

You have to think first, what app will take permission to do what!

In this case you should decide which to accept

I have the apps set to prompt. I don't like running anything without checking the permissions first. Then again, I use Linux. I have separate passwords for root and regular user in Linux.
