Got a Nexus10 which worked great for a month or so. It isn't rooted (I'm kinda a novice in android).
A week ago I was unable to download anything from google play store, it just didn't do anything when I clicked download.
Tried clearing cache and even factory reset. Seemed to get worse, now as soon as I click google play store I get the message "Unfortunately, Google Play Store has stopped."
Sometimes that message appears at random (I assume it tries to install apps I had before the factory reset).
Also when I surf to GS by chrome and try to install some app, as soon as I click "Log in" for my gmail account, chrome gets stuck (unable to load the page after login). Weird.

I have no clue how to fix this. Any help please?
Only think I haven't tried is something called flashing ROM, but I have little knowledge about that, could that help? if so what are the risks and how do I do it?

Thanks.

I had the same issue with my phone and ended up spending the day browsing the internet.
I ended up downloading Motorola Device Manager (found a link to it in this forum where it says "click here" under number 2), and it downloaded Jelly Bean and uploaded it to my phone. So far it's working just fine.

Hope that helps.

Thank you for commenting.

JellyBeans = Android 4.2.2 is it not?
It is already installed by default in my Nexus 10.

Play gave me error 904 error on downloads this morning on a nexus 10 but it went away after a few minutes.
