I noticed Verizon also deleted the settings built in spam email filter, probably because they are trying to sell that service.

Did you use chrome mobile. I click the download link, see a white flash, and if I check downloads, there is nothing there. I'll try he Samsung browser.... I'm wondering if it's an ad blocker?

I had no chrome extend added, but when I copied it to the Samsung browser, it downloaded and installed fine. Weird.

Yes, thank you! I'd gotten the dual camera elsewhere, but I hated not having the surround shot mode. It stitches superfast as well.

I dont understand what advantage a carrier would have to remove features? It's not like you can buy camera modes from verizon. I've been seeing these surround shots and wondered how they were made.

Some make sense... Verizon tries to sell spam email filtering, so they nerf Ed Samsung built on spam filtering. Nerfing camera modes makes zero sense to me. They also killed to built on optimize function, but I'm guessing that's because it killed some Verizon bloat ware.

So, thank you! I downloaded it and its working. Surround Shot is basically 360/Photosphere camera mode in the Google Camera. I thought it made actual images that looked like a round ball.

Also, hilariously the Camera/mode store has a TOP 500 with 3 modes in it. Guess what's in the TOP FREE, and NEW sections? You guessed it, the same 3 modes. GIF, Sports and Rear Cam Selfie. And in the TOP PAID section is nothing. Could there possibly be more than 500 camera modes somewhere that justifies having a TOP 500?

I did both the surround shot and dual camera and they are not showing up in the camera when I swipe from the left. I also downloaded the only 3 options when have in the Samsung app thing, and those aren't showing up either
