Android Central Question

I am debloating my phone and I found an app with a absurd amount of permissions. The app name is "Shell" or "Interactive Shell" when I expand the app info, the method that I use for debloating is ADB shell command. Will I lose the ability of using ADB command if I uninstall this app? or there is other downside of uninstalling this app

That depends on the phone you're working with. It's possible the manufacturer has named the overlay they put on Android generically as "shell". Removing that would remove the interface you interact with on the phone screen. That could also explain the permissions it's been given.
