swap motherboard s7 edge

can I swap all the internals from one s7 edge (including motherboard) to another s7 edge even though one phone is from the US (t-mobile) and the other is from Canada
and still make it work?

It sounds like you're effectively swapping cases. I'd think that the phones should work, assuming that you can get them disassembled and reassembled correctly.
