Swap out phone, contacts & 4G switch

Is there a way to swap out the bottom row of icons (phone, contacts, messaging)?

Is there any app that I can use to turn off 4g? I don't have 4g service at home and its draining my battery.

1. Look at a replacement launcher. I use ADW.
2. Got to settings, wireless&network, mobile networks, system selection, cdma. That will shut off LTE.

I assume you're using stock. I haven't used the stock rom in a while, but I vaguely remember when viewing all the apps, hit the menu hard key and there should be something to swap those out.

when you are in the application tray up top there is a little gear icon. click on it and then you can move your icons how you want them and even swap out the bottom row to whatever phone, contacts, messaging app you want.

+1 for using a replacement launcher. I installed GO Launcher EX, and love it. Way more flexibility in setting up your screens, docks, etc. (The dock is the area you asked about with the four "fixed" soft-buttons.)
