swapping out boot images

My question is this. How easy (if at all possible) is it to swap the boot image that shows up when booting a ROM to another ROM's boot image? (For example, switching out the green "Harmonia" on the Harmonia ROM with the blue android on the Bumblebee ROM)

Its pretty easy... search bootanimation.zip on this forum and you'll get a few good answers.

You can go to UOT kitchen(google it). They have a fair selection of boot animations there.
When you google UOT kitchen go to the link that explains how to use the kitchen first.
