Swapping Sim cards from one phone to another

Is it possible to swap the Sim card from an HTC M8 to a TracFone with a TF64SIMC4 card? The TF card is for AT&T service as is the HTC.

If they're both AT&T, there shouldn't be a problem.

If the TracFone uses a nanoSIM. Otherwise you'll need an adapter set. (Unless this is a permanent change - then just ask your local AT&T store to do an equipment swap to the TracFone and they'll give you a new SIM card. (TF64SIMC4 just says that it's a small-capacity AT&T SIM.)
