But as for as which one is better your doing the right thing by asking questions. A testiment to that is that Adiliyo love his fascinate and likes it better. I like the X better. But they are both great phones. Just depends on your needs.

How is the media player? I cant complain about it on the fascinate as it is amazing. Thanks again.

the one on the x is essentially the stock android player. not that there is anything wrong with that, as 1. it's perfectly functional and 2. there are a lot of great alternatives to choose from if you don't like it in the market.

the only thing lacking really from the fascinate's player is a widget and an ability to edit cover art.

Hey Adiliyo. Do who think my voice quality can be fixed. People complain about way to much background noise from my phone. I have been very patient with this phone. I'm already on my fourth one so I don't think its just a defective phone, just a crappy mic. Any hope before I jump ship because I really don't want to but voice quality is killing me.

it could be a defective phone...as i feel the voice quality (on both ends) is at the least on par with my dx, the only time the dx was better was in a noisy environment, but it had 3 mics.

i would go to a verizon store, see if they can diagnose it in person.

if you're in your 30 days, have them go through phones until you find one that has good quality.

i got more echo/reverb on my dx than i do on my fascinate...
