SwiftKey Note 8 Vibration doesnt work unless its left on default android

I put it at 10ms and i get nothing. I put it at 100ms and I get nothing. I turn off the custom vibration and leave android default on and I get vibration. But i dont want the default android one.. its too much I want something softer.

Any idea why I am having this issue?
 
This doesn't answer your question, but I've got vibration set on 1ms, with sound set at 1, and it's working OK. So at least we know it can work.
 
SwiftKey was just updated tonight. I'm on beta, but it's all versions. Try it.
