When I turn my Samsung Galaxy S4 on mute, the phone still vibrates when there are incoming calls, messages etc.

How do I completely turn the phone onto silent and have it NOT vibrate?

Thanks

If I am not mistaken if you go to your settings for ringers you should be able to toggle of 'Vibration' and that should do it. To find it if you go to the forum you are in and find the user manual I placed at the top where the sticky section is and check out the user manual that will tell you how to do this for sure. Thanks for the question and good luck.

I can't seem to find the User manual, could you by chance send me a link to the manual? that would be great.
thanks for your help!

Thanks guys for your help. I found that the box which says "Vibrate when ringing" MUST BE TICKED in order for the phone not to vibrate when it is set on "mute" mode. For some reason my mute and vibration modes were the same, although on mute there was no sound coming from the device when there were incoming alerts, the phone was still vibrating. After i ticked the "Vibrate when ringing" box, this stopped the problem.
