switch phones

I pre ordered a Pixel 7 from Best Buy, I'm trading in my Pixel 6.

1) What do I need to do to prepare for the switch?
2) Will Best Buy transfer everything from the 6 to the 7?
3) Do I back everything up somewhere and download myself onto the new phone?
4) Will Best buy transfer the 7 and let me factory reset the 6?

Best buy can help with the transfer but once i log my Google account on the 7 everything transfer over , you have Google cloud back up

Yes you can definitely transfer phone stuff before that factory reset and turn into BB ..I plan on setting up new so I will only backup up Nova and Texts and call logs and reset mine before I pickup up new phone
