Switched Carriers - Calls not working(tried everything)

Switched carriers, need help!!!

I just switched to boost infinite from Tello. Now I have data and text messages work but I cannot make or receive calls.

I had previously installed an app called 5G switch which would force 5G connection. It also allowed you to select a preferred network which I had played with in the past. So I completely uninstalled that app and calls are still not working.

Boost infinite had me install their carrier app which automatically set carrier settings, that did not help either.

I then reset network settings and still nothing...

Anyone have any ideas of what's going on or what to try next?

That's probably a provisioning error with your carrier. You may have to call again and escalate it with their tech support.
