Switched from Verizon to T-Mobile, only phone calls work; no data or messaging

Getting a "SIM card is not from Verizon" message. Anyone know what I can do?

It sounds like your phone is locked to Verizon. If it shouldn't be, you should probably contact Verizon and/or TMobile
