Switched to Gingerbread keyboard

What an incredible difference in my typing. I always had mistakes using the other keyboards but this one is the best.

I tried the gingerbread keyboard after reading this, but my phone didn't react well to it. My touchscreen kept becoming unresponsive and made phone unusable. I deleted all was good again with my phone. Ayone else experience this? I installed "keyboard from android 2.3" free version.

I used that and Ill agree that it doesnt seem to on point with the system. I went back to smart keyboard pro. At least they have different skins you can use and its multitouch and you can resize it.

I wonder why you guys had problems with it? I wonder if you have another app or launcher that is messing it up. I am using the default launcher.

Try using the default launcher then using Gingerbread Keyboard to see if it is still buggy for you.

I switched to gingerbread keyboard (paid version) ... I love it! ... It is very customizable and it just works so much better for me. I have had no issues with it.

I have also switched to the GB board and it seems to allow the best blend of speed and accuracy. I enjoy Swiftkey X when its not freezing and force closing on me which is very frequent, unfortunately.

I have been using the "better keyboard" for at least a couple of weeks now, and not only do I think it looks awesome, it's free and so far gives me the best typing experience and speed. I think it makes better use of the gorgeous screen on this thing, that GB keyboard just looks fugly, but hey we all have our own preferences

im using launcherpro and the gingerbread keyboard it works fine for me expect if i cut off the phone and when i turn it back on i have to set my settings how i had it all over again other than that its fine
