So I was on Verizon and on June 7th I swapped to Sprint to save some money and for the unlimited plan. I'm sick and tired of sprint's customer service and their network here in my area, is there anyway I can go back to Verizon without incurring hundreds of dollars in ETFs and things like that?

You are going to take a loss trying to go back to Verizon. But sell the phone and try to get some of your money back that way.
