Switching G-mail

Ok since the last question was answered so quickly and the fix was so easy i thought i would try again.

When i got my droid i didn't have a gmail account, so i quickly set one up so that i could activate the account. In hinsight i don't want to use that gmail address and want to switch to another (easier to remember/tell others about). I have been able to set up that e-mail in my droid, and set it as my default. But hoe so i get my calander on the droid to reference that calander and not the orignal address? As well as the calander, what about other items that are linked into the original email?

Any additional Gmail accounts set up after the initial setup will only sync the mail itself from documentation.

If you want to use a different gmail account for mail/contacts/calendar, you'd need to do a restore on your phone back to factory conditions.

Thanks i assume that means i will lose all of my pics, contacts and other items i have saved on my phone.
