Ok.. time to explain haha. I'm currently on Ics cm9 and everything works great but i miss my swipe. I had it backed up on my titanium backup. thought a restore of it would work. But on the down side everytime i boot up my fphone it says "Swype has suddenly stopped running. Anysuggestions? or any familiar apps that will be like swype i can install and work like it? because i love swype because it's easy to use in class while im taking notes hahaha. O:-)O:-)O:-)O:-)O:-)O:-)O:-)O:-)O:-)O:-)O:-)O:-)

How responsive is it? and i will try the installer do they have it in the market?

You'll probably have to get the installer from the Swype website via mobile browser (or maybe they send you an email link, can't remember.) In any case, it's not difficult and will probably fix your problem.

You could try using FlexT9 from Nuance also. For what it's worth, I like it so much better than Swype. Much easier to use, more responsive, and better word/voice recognition. I'm not sure how much it costs as I got it from Amazon on their free app of the day a while back.

Just my 2?.

Swype got a lot better there recently; they paired with Nuance to use the Dragon Speech-to-Text engine, which has been quality stuff since the late `90s.

I'm using Swype on thekraven's CM9 alpha5. Works like a charm. Installed by restoring a TB backup of the Swype Installer and going from there.
