Sync Issue

Somehow all of my sync settings (emails, YouMail (voicemail), contacts) must have turned off when power saving mode turned on when my battery was low... How I do get in and turn syncing back on to automatically push to my phone again? Was wondering why I had no emails or voice mails until I went into the apps and saw nothing was synced since last week :x
