Sync issues for the HTC Rezound

Ok i can't get this phone to sync up, all I get is a locked up computer. I have tried to hook it up and update the drivers for it, but it just sits there spinning looking. I just don't understand why this has to be so difficult. Would someone help me please! I am coming from a Blackberry so I am not new to the so called Smartphone, lol.

I read a similar problem report in another forum. I believe installing HTC Sync on the computer fixed the problem.

make sure to install the one for your phone I have no issues syncing make sure debuging is on auto your good to go.
