same here i keep getting this message when trying i used to have galaxy but then got a pixel 7 pro and I use rocket player any help i greatful i have uninstalled it and reinstalled it on both phone and pc as well as using usb connection

If you're using Windows, you may need to update it. That was my issue

Did that and my iTunes etc but keep getting same message

For some reason, when I was searching for isyncr in the play store, there were 2 different ones. One worked and the other didn't. Are your USB drivers updated? Do you have more than one USB port? Maybe try using a different port

Good idea I'll check my driver's and dif ports
