I've been tinkering around the G2 to see how battery life is with different setting. One of which was turning off Sync. When Synch is turned off and I go into the stock mail app it give me a popup stating that sync is turn off, this popup go away in a second or two but it's still annoying. I have the mail pull setting to 'manual' so I don't know why it still 'notifying' me that sync is off.
Is there a way to turn off this sync notification for the mail app? This is for a Verizon G2
