Sync OTA with Microsoft Outlook

Just got a MotoG and i would like to know if it is possible to sync OTA the calendar and contacts between motoG and Microsoft Outlook.
With my IPhone i can do this having an iCloud account, and with my blackberry trough outlook.com account.

Setting-Accounts-New account - choose Exchange. I had no issues.
