Sync outllook 2007, galaxy S5, acer tablet

I use a hotmail email account with outlook 2007, my tablet is an Acer which is android and I just bought a Samsung galaxy S5. I would like to get an app that all sync my calendar and contacts so they are all the same in all three places. I also use my PC which is windows 7

The simplest thing is to use hotmail in the mail apps on the phone and tablet, and the hotmail web interface on the Windows PC. Outlook '07 is the weak link here because it is an old fashioned, pre-cloud program that downloads things onto your computer. Tell it to leave messages on the server and that might improve synchronization.
