Sync Samsung GS4 with Samsung Note Tablet

I have had a Samsung Note Tablet and I have just started with my GS4. One game I've been playing on the Tablet is Sugar Crush. I would like to have the same app on my GS4 synced with the tablet. I can install the app on my GS4 but I don't know how to use the data from my tablet. Example: I'm playing level 180 on my tablet. How can I play level 180 on my GS4?? I would like to know how to go back and forth between my phone and tablet.

I assume many other apps may work the same way!!!
