Does anyone here use "MyPhoneExplorer" to sync phone with computer (contacts, calendar, sms, call log, pictures, and files)? I have used a number of software solutions but they all seem to have problems...

The issue I hope someone can help with is contacts. I have two issues: (1) duplicates, and (2) deleted contacts. I am hoping to resolve via the software and not handle manually given the number of contacts.

One additional question, does anyone know how to put the call log back on phone after sync?

I use MyPhoneExplorer and love it. It's easy to sync multiple devices wirelessly with Outlook on a PC and you can preview, and customize sync direction of, all changed items before the sync completes.

Re: your question about putting "the call log back on phone after sync", I haven't had any issues with that using MPE.

My call log was deleted (probably due to settings...my fault...when sync). Now I would like to send back to phone from computer but can not find that feature / function. How do you do this?

And I am experiencing some strange things with the contact sync. Duplicates at times and missing contacts that were deleted...but I did not see this in the confirmation window as I was performing sync. I am thinking about re-installing software and starting over, but I wanted to check to make sure I was not missing something in the setup or elsewhere that was causing.
