Syncing contacts from Note 5 to Gear S2

Does anyone know if there is a way to only sync a subset of contacts on your phone to the watch??

I'm interested because if I could create a separate group on my phone/Google contacts list that includes my top 10 contacts and has their numbers programmed in as:
<My Google voice number> ,(Pause) , (Pause) <My Google voice PIN># ,(Pause) ,(Pause) 2 ,(Pause) ,(Pause) <contacts phone number>#

... then when I call one of these people from my watch it will show up as my Google Voice number, which is my primary number essentially.

I don't think you can. From what I have seen it always syncs all contacts from you phone.

What about adding a 2nd number to your top ten, like mobile2. Then you use S Voice and say, "Call Bob on mobile2." Then it dials the mobile2 number you have in your contacts for Bob.
