Syncing playlists from iTunes?

Is it possible to sync PLAYLISTS and music from itunes and have the playlists viewable in the HTC Media app?

I do not want to use the DoubleTwist media app on my Evo. I would use it on the desktop if it synced my already existing iTunes playlists.

I use Sailing Media Sync and all my playlists and photos, etc. Are synced with my Evo.
