Syncing problem

[Android Central Question]

Why are emails still not coming through? I’ve gone into settings which shows that my Email was last synced 4 minutes ago. When I go into my email account, it says it was last synced 3 weeks ago. What is going on? I haven’t received any emails for 3 weeks!!
