syncing samsung s3 with Microsoft outlook via cable

I have a samsung s3 phone which I don't use on the internet as I am on a cheap tariff. I want to sync the calendar on the phone with the calendar on Outlook. I don't want to do this through Cloud or gmail. Just though wired connection to my laptop.

Is there a way to do this??
