System apps keep reappearing after being deleted

I have a rooted galaxy s6 on at&t and every time I try to delete a pre installed app it keeps coming right back. I read about dt ignite, but cannot find it anywhere in my applications. I tried using the app to disable it, but it says it's not on my phone. Any help would be much appreciated!

What app are you trying to use to delete system files?

I'm using system app remover (root) and I think I tried another one I just can't remember the name at the moment

Titanium Backup is the best app IMO. If you haven't given it a try, you can find it here.
