System UI Isn't Responding

My LG Q60 looked like it froze but it came up System UI isn't responding.I tried to clear the pre installed app's cache but again came up System UI isn't responding. Anyone else get this on their Android devices & what is this problem & how do i fix it permently?

It sounds like something has broken in the OS and needs a factory reset. Can you back up all your data and photos to a PC or SD card and reset your phone?

See if it also happens in Safe Mode: https://www.hardreset.info/devices/lg/lg-q60/safe-mode/. If not, then something you installed is probably causing the problem. Unfortunately, it can be tedious to narrow it down further -- you may have to uninstall apps one by one until the problem goes away.

I did a factory reset a couple of months back because of System UI isn't responding. On Youtube there's videos about it on Samsung devices. It wouldn't make any difference if i went to Samsung or HTC you'll still going to get that problem. I'll check my emails to see if LG has replied to me. I'll do a live chat sometime today.I don't there's an app on Google Play that'll help me.
