I just installed the new update and now my phone can't update the profile or prl . How do I fix this because it worked fine before I updated.

Same deal here in Houston after the update. Cannot update profile or PRL without error.

Mine shows the update, says update is starting and then nothing. It won't download

For those who are having the PRL and Profile update errors, I think it is just a coincidence that it is happening at the same time as the update. I have not updated yet (still on 3.04.651.2) and tried both the PRL and Profile updates and got errors on both.

I know one thing that changed dramatically was the voice quality. My wife and I both have the ONE and today when I called her after the update we both noticed right away how easy it was to hear and understand so I am a happy camper right now. Even my Plantronics headset sounds better as well as my speech recognition. But I do have the update error like everyone else, probably be fixed by tomorrow.

Others have pointed out that the Master Signal bars are once again showing the 1x voice signal strength. After downloading the update myself, that seems to be true, and I am happy about that!

I called Sprint. She said they were unaware of the problem and would escalate the issue. I let her know it wasn't just me and metioned this thread.

Mine's doing the same thing. Unfortunately I didn't check it to see if it was there pre update.

I don't seem to be having any problems. I do agree, however, with others that have mentioned that the Master Signal bars have now gone back to showing the 1x Voice signal strength.

Haven't done the software update and got the Profile Update error message as well. Looks like they might not be related.

sorry I'm sure this is asked over and over but it's hard to find so I figured I'd just ask. My phone is unlocked but not rooted at the moment. Is there anything I need to do before letting this update instal?
