I'm getting that occasionally too, only last for a minute or so, then reconnects. But it's annoying

I've gotten the same error. It happens to me sometimes when I lose 4G signal, before my phone falls back to 3G coverage.

I've called CS twice and both times knew nothing about this issue. I posted a discusion on their CS support page. I'll see if I get any further this way.

Edit: I found another thread on the Sprint CS site. Sprint saying they are working on it, but that you can do a factory reset and it will fix the problem. Not sure I want to loose all my pics/data/apps by doing a factory reset. Its such a pain to "redo" the phone afterwards.

Is anyone having a problem that they need to do a profile update? If not just hang in there and it wont be long and we will have 4.4 soon..

Until yesterday, I had not attempted a profile. However, yesterday, I had problems connecting to 4G. I spoke to a CS rep at Sprint, and he suggested that I do a PRL update, and I got the same error that everyone is reporting here.

I mentioned to the CS rep that the PRL problem had been reported on several forums, and that the problem seemed to be caused by the recent minor update. The CS rep told me that he had not heard of the problem, but would take note of it.

I do hope this problem is fixed soon.
