System update to Rooted phone.

A while back I rooted my phone. Not so long ago, google released an update for "Stage Fright". My phone keeps telling me to update (which I have to ignore for obvious reasons). I want to know how I can update it. Do I have to unroot my phone? If so, how do I get the stock bootloader because I have the TeamWin Custom bootloader. I'm not very phone tech savy, I had to reread the root instructions 5 times over to make sure I was doing things right. So if possible I would like a sort of walkthrough on how to update it. Please and Thank you.

Usually the procedure is as follows:
1) Replace the custom recovery with the stock recovery
2) ADB update or install the OTA from the phone menu
3) Root the newly updated os
4) Reinstall your favorite custom recovery.

Please make sure to back up everything prior to attempting any of the procedures.
