T-Mobile Apps (bloatware) Updates

Is there any way to turn off update notifications (manual) for bloatware?

disable the apps and it will not alert you about them.

Discovering so many new features!

(Almost went with the HTC EVO 4G LTE, but the 2g-3g Sprint speeds in my area don't stack up to T-Mobile's 4g)
