T-Mobile compatibility

Is anyone using on TMO. If you are, are there any signal issues.

I use Mint which is a TMob MVNO and I have no signal issues compared to S8+ or iPhone X. They all get me the same experience as far as signal is concerned.

My latest PH-1 has been great on TMO. Over the weekend I tested it against two older BlackBerry 10 phones and all were at around -80 dBm on the same tower. This was indoors at about 1 mile from the cell site.

VoLTE, HD Voice and WiFi Calling all work with TMO as well.

Thanks for responding. Did you have to enter the APN in manually or did it find then automatically.

When I set up my SMS app it asked which APN I wanted to use. I chose fast.tmobile like always. It works perfectly with SMS/MMS.

I put my Mint card in the other day and it won't work in my house, only when I get out on the highway, and hit&miss in the driveway. As a comparison, my contract S4 Verizon barely gets a signal but I can almost always make a call, almost always SMS, but it has difficulty with MMS- sometimes they go right away, sometimes they take a long time, sometimes fail. So I know I'm in the fringe. I need to actually check signal levels, will do soon.
I also just got my US Mobile sim card but haven't put it in yet or bought an actual plan, they're a Verizon MVNO; I don't know how much, if any, degraded service I'll experience between V contract & V MVNO. Would appreciate comments from those with experience in this regard.

I suspect this (GS4/VZW on left, PH-1/Mint on rt) is because TMO towers are more sparse compared to VZW. I'm still not impressed w/ TMO but that may be cuz I'm out in the boonies (although I'm 300m from US Hwy 431, where I do get a 3-bar signal).
I think something isn't working about my TMO mobile data though.

Bars are meaningless. You need to know the numbers in -dBm.
