T-Mobile: Galaxy Note 9 Pre-Order Thread

Finally was just charged for my 512GB. Now we have some movement and not Kept on Hold anymore!!!

This is a common psychological phenomenon experienced during preorder season.

The rep i just talked to said they would contact me within 7-10 business days of me mailing in the phone to say whether it was approved and if it's not approved would give the option of sending it back (i'm sure at my shipping expense). But that is the whole reason I pre-ordered in the store so that an employee and store manager (and DM heyoooo) could look at the phone and tell me if it was a good trade-in. They said it was and even put notes on my account to the effect. So i'm 99% sure i'll be good to go but of course the final word comes from the warehouse person that inspects your phone and no one can know for sure what they'll say.

But yeah, if they deny it, i will return it and get it somewhere else. The whole reason T-Mobile is the best place to get it for me is that the 512gb is effectively $750.

So what did you was you showed the phone to them when you preorderd right? But you have not yet shipped it to the store right?
I was wondering if I, once I recieve this can go to the store and show the phone and give it to them to ship it?

My payment processed on the 18th, they told me as soon as my payment was processed, it would be shipped. I got next day delivery. It's still showing READY FOR UPS but on the T-Mobile site it's been saying shipped since the 18th.

I'm in the same boat.

Actually ran into the same issue. I talked with a tech at T Mobile and it may be the first time ever but clearing cache and cookies actually fixed the issue and I was able to log in lol.

Did you get the 128 gb? If not, do you think the 8gb ram/512 gb was worth it?

Glad I’m not the only one I guess. My card was charged yesterday, I was told as soon as it’s charged it would ship. Guess not. I finally got my tracking info today. The delivery date says today but it shows they haven’t even shipped it yet. Sigh. I always got my preorders early.

My card got charged on Friday and I'm still sitting at waiting for pickup with no delivery date. I ordered in the afternoon on 8/10.

Anybody else have their charge go thru with just the down payment and shipping charge? Shows tax here but was never added on to the total. I figured the pending charge would fall off, then the correct amount charged, but no it went thru as charged.

Also mine shows expected delivery for the 23rd but has no scan at UPS. Ordered ground and it's coming out west so it doesn't look good for this week. Oh well.

It's the same thing everytime. He says he got it and then disappear when people as for photos. We just want to get hyped through him and he can't send 1 pic

You always been a hater bro I remember and the S9 plus Forum you did the same thing accusing me of things. I live A busy life like everybody else I'll post pictures when I feel like it... the S9 plus I want a competition everybody accuse me of lying and I have pictures to prove it... Smh lol
