T-Mobile: Galaxy S9/S9+ Official Pre-Order Thread

Mine just changed to delivery tomorrow.

We have a snow storm starting tonight. Ugh.

Same here. (I live in Waltham, slightly Northwest of Boston) Due to get 9-13 inches so I'll be very surprised if I actually get mine tomorrow. We'll see!

Oddly, as the weather would have it, Kentucky has now totally cleared out! Clear skies as per the weather radar map.

On the other hand, for NYC, the weather is brewing up a real storm.

My S9+ is due to arrive tomorrow during the storm. Ugh.

@arunma:

may i ask departure from where please? is it Louisville, KY?

departure is a good thing, as the weather has cleared up there now and better take off (or land) when you still have good weather!

Yup, from Louisville! Glad to hear that the weather didn't prevent take off today, though I wonder if we'd have our phones already but for the poor weather conditions.

T-Mobile's website says I can expect delivery tomorrow. However, the shipments will likely go to the UPS distribution center here in the Twin Cities, MN sometime tonight. I expect it'll be in the early hours of the morning, but it's much earlier I wonder if I could pick my phone up tonight. They're open till 8 PM, so I suppose it's in the realm of possibility.

I sort of wish I'd taken Amy's advice and had the package held at UPS. However, when my Note 8 was arriving I selected this option while it was in transit, and the rescheduled delivery date was a full day later. I was able to cancel my request, but only after a lengthy phone conversation. I'm guessing this wouldn't have been an issue if I did so before the origin scan, but at the time I didn't want to risk it.

Oh well, I'll have a new phone by the end of tomorrow so no complaints!

I guess I take back my previous statements. But I still pulled the short stick as I don't have an origin scan yet. I live in NYC.

wonder why there are so many airplane take off scans from so many folks, but for me, even though i live near three of the busiest airports with the most flights in the country (JFK, LaGuardia, Newark), still no "lift off" scan.

you'd think that there would be a guzzllion flights going from Louisville KY UPS to NYC!
