T-Mobile Galaxy SII - Heeelp with kies.

So I tried updating my phone with kies but once it gets to 100% kies crashes and when I try to update via phone I get " No Firmware " please help. My phone is android 2.3.6

Hmm, it may be a problem with the program or the machine you're using may be a problem. Try it on a different PC and see if it updates successfully.

Kies never works manual update with Odin would be better
