I called and asked the rep because they had originally told me it be $5,and she said it would be 0$, I'll have to wait til they bill me because tmob reps all tell you different things
They will add it. Last spring, I called to cancel the line on my Gear S watch and they then gave me the line for free. I still ended up cancelling it a few months later because I just don't use the watch anymore.
They have made it impossible to order a S3 on the website.
