T-Mobile MMS problems

Is anyone have any problems with getting MMS messages or MMS pictures. Ever since I've gotten my G4 in early June I haven't been receiving all of the MMS messages when people send it to me. I'm just trying to get input because T-Mobile has no idea of what's going on they just keep sending me phones, I've master reset changed Sims and 3 phones later no fix

Are your APN settings properly setup? Also ensure to keep mobile data on.

Mobile data is on and the tech support has already worked on my apn settings no luck yet

I had the same issue. Unfortunately it led me to go back to my note 4. It's not a sim issue, it's a g4 issue

Not just a G4 issue but a G3 issue. I love the phone except for this issue. Can't say I'll buy another LG because of this. Going Note next..

Does everyone have this issue? I'm considering a Tmobile G4 this weekend (also considering a Galaxy 6) and this would be a big consideration. I'm currently using a moto x (love it) on Verizon but the mms issues drive me crazy. I thought Tmobile handles it over WiFi so it's less of a problem.

Im having the issue on Verizon. It doesn't appear to be a carrier problem but a device problem.

I'm on verizon and have no MMS issues. I did on my previous phone a Droid DNA, but so far none on my G4

No not everyone has this issue. In fact most don't. I have had no issues with my mms.

Might try using hangouts for texting instead of the stock app. I've been using it on mine and haven't noticed any issues thus far.

On my Sony Z3 it had an issue where if VoLTE was enabled mms messages would be a problem. T-Mobile or Sony fixed it with the lollipop update for that device. Just an idea but try turning it off under settings/call/VoLTE.

I've had one on T-Mobile for a couple weeks, and I haven't had any issues. However, I did have some texting issues for a few days because I forgot to turn imessage off when I traded in the old iPhone 6 plus. Once I fixed that I had 0 issues with messaging.

I have that problem. I had it on my G2 as well. Its rather annoying. I use textra and im still having group message issues. I either get a message group of late messages, out of order or not at all. You would think this would be an easy fix.

Yeah this sucks bad LG or T-Mobile needs to get their stuff together I'm tired of getting my bill credit monthly I rather have my phone working properly
