Just jumped from Sprint to T-Mobile and upgraded from an S4 to the Note 3. Loved KitKat on the S4 so looking forward the the update on the awesome Note 3.

Be careful what you wish for, kitkat is okay, a little quicker, no noticeable difference in battery life, no big "wow" changes, and, at least for now, will not let most non stock apps write to your external SD card, such as camera apps, file managers, music apps, office apps, etc. You can move the data later with the Samsung file manager, and most of the apps will read it, but they cannot write, create folders, or delete from it. So if seamless use of external storage is important to you, don't upgrade! No guarantee this will ever change, Google no longer supports external SD storage, and they are making it harder an harder for manufacturers, such as Samsung, to do it also.

Just a guess he said last night it was coming and it didn't go out over kies just tried.... no update yet... enough guess and you will get it right....

It's coming sometime this week though . I figured it would of went put today. Tuesday.

There will be no update. T-Mobile discontinued the Note 3 and will never update it again. Be happy with 4.3.
