We pre-ordered on 9-20-13 and have yet to get our phones, despite a promised 10-1-13 ship date. TMob will put a hold on credit card, then release it a few days later. This has happened twice. Calls to customer service are a waste of time. They don't/won't/can't tell you anything. Even supervisors aren't helpful. Nor do they send out any updates, via email. You either have to call in or check the order status online (which isn't accurate) Order status went from "Order Placed" to "Pending" to "Backordered". Yet all along, the local stores have plenty of stock. Today's new story is that they are out of sim cards. Really? I told them to cancel the order and they refused, saying they can't cancel an order that is in process. How can it be "in process" if it's backordered? I'm told the website orders get their phones from a different source than the stores do. That's interesting. Yet they continue to take "pre-orders" on their website, without a mention of the phones not being available. Don't think pre-ordering is the way to go, especially with T-Mobile.
