T-mobile OTA Update now I can't manually update???!!

I received a OTA from T-mobile yesterday so I downloaded it. Don't know what changes were made other than my phone moving faster but when I manually check for updates I get this message :

Did anyone else get this update? I'm not sure what I should do?

Hi

Try clearing the Cache Partition in Recover Mode, then see if that message comes back.
