No text or info from tmo. Cc was charged on Thursday but checking myups found it was registered but waiting for pickup..

Guess it will be here sometime between monday and Wednesday.

How do you check without a tracking number?

Like everyone else is saying no one is gonna get theirs until maybe the 19th at the earliest. I do think the 18th is the day T-Mobile will allow UPS to pick up the phones and we'll get it on the 19th-20th. Now if anyone needs me I'll be in the shower.....

Everyone saying they haven't gotten a tracking number yet, just know tmobile is a mess sending the info out. First I got an email last night with a "return by" date for my S7E, I went to the website and saw that it had been updated to "shipped", this morning got a text msg saying it was shipped, and then this afternoon got an email saying the same thing. There's no order to what message u get or the timing behind them. Lol.

Okay... what in the wild wild world of sports is going on here??? I show nothing on MyUPS but the gracious folks/computers at T Mobile just sent me a tracking number. Why am I reversed to everybody else? I want to just refresh MyUPS too....

I know for a fact UPS has possession of my phone. Now when they will ship is another story.

I had to return my old phone for a replacement and had no issues (two different phones). Is it different for JOD?

How do you check without a tracking number?

If you have a myups account it will show any package that has had a label prepared for it. You have to look under the tracking bar, it can be easily missed if you aren't aware of where they list it.

When i got my Note 7 I tried to return it to the store and they said I had to mail it in, so I used the label that came with my phone like they told me. Turns out it was a dummy label and tmobile never received my phone. Customer care told me that it had to be returned to a store. Long story short, they wrote the phone off for me and got rid of the management of that particular store.

Since when has a tmobile rep know what's going on? With my Note 7, my phone stayed in Louisville untik tmobile gave the ok. Well I believe tmobile has given the ok bc mine has a departure scan.
