Oh, congrats to those of you who DID get your phones! Do they live up to the hype?

I'm still at "ready for UPS" this morning. Payment has cleared and posted. Aarrgg.

Same as you and lots of other people: my charge has fully posted, and I'm sitting at "Ready for UPS".

I'll work from home on delivery day, so while I'd like my phone sooner rather than later, being able to work from home on Friday would be a nice segue into the weekend.

For once, I'm not going crazy over there a pre-order. I don't know if I'm just too busy with other things right now that I don't have the time to obsess over it, the fact that I'm looking at it as a temporary phone or maybe my brain has realized the fact that it's just a phone.
Either way, I'll be excited to get it. Just not stressing out over it anymore.

I was thinking the same thing. If this was note 8 I'll probley be more into checking it like crazy. The hype is just not there this time around.

4/17/2017 is tracking date and it has shipped..set for 4/19 ...I didnt do overnight shipping (I figured too many of you guys chose that option) so I dont know what happened with ups ground; I reordered Saturday.

FYI the FPS is a non issue especially if you have a case. It helps you locate the scanner. The fear is well overblown. Also, this phone is awesome and makes me even more excited about the Note 8.

I ordered mine last Thursday after cancelling my order on Samsung.com a few days back. I was charged yesterday morning and have tracking now and just received a text that it has shipped. So much pre-ordering on opening day. Guess it didn't matter. Now I just wait patiently for it to arrive. If it comes early then so be it, if it comes launch day then that was the day I was hoping to get it anyway so I will be happy either way.

JUST DON'T LET IT ARRIVE AFTER LAUNCH DAY! LOL

Wtf, I have been on Pending for days, and I figured it would clear after the holiday, and I go and look and there is no sign of it.

And my UPS is still at Ready for UPS since 4/13

that's so strange and seemingly without reason.

When I got the UPS notification on Friday I assumed it would be shipped that day or Monday the latest.

I ordered at the same time and I've been stuck since April 13 at 5:40pm.

I think with the rare exception of a hand full of people (where their order shipped already) we aren't supposed to have our orders shipped until tomorrow for delivery on Thursday.

Just because we ordered right at midnight, the day our card was charged, when we got the processing information from UPS, FedEx, etc doesn't matter because they were going to hold our package until a certain day anyway.

It would have been nice to get it a few days early but it looks like a Thursday delivery is when it will happen for the preorders...just like they told us

I know one thing...I'm not going to do this again when it comes to future preorders because it seems like Samsung is sticking to their delivery dates and checking the forums every few hours isn't as much fun now.

I was always so jealous of those on T-Mobile getting their devices early, when I finally switched carriers I was like sweet I will get to enjoy an early release haha.

I lost all hope of an early release when they didn't stop the embargo on reviews this past weekend or Monday. Seems like the reviews flood, then the shipments follow suite. And yes I am still stuck at Waiting on UPS. Sad that it says that because it should say Waiting on T Mobile or Waiting on Samsung....
