Just got a text with "Estimated" ship date of 11/27 - 12/27.....this is insane. This mobile world is out of control now...lol.

It does say back ordered on their site, but I cant imagine in being delayed that long.

That would be worse than the Iphone

I ordered at midnight EST. The CSR didn't even know they were out until I told her my friend already ordered??? But I'll see. So no one is touching my Note 7. They better step up this shipping date, if they want their Note 7 back. Geez!

Yeah, no kidding. Still have my Note 7 as well. I'm walking into a store in about 90 minutes to order mine, I'll see what they say for shipment dates.

Yes, jump customers are eligible. Just know it's only kinda free. They still require minimum 1gb service which is $10/ month.

I just pre-ordered mine over the phone and got free overnight shipping. It's in stock and the shipping date is 10/17/16 - 10/24/16

It's wrong.....normal for a preorder...it will change to before October 28 or on oct 28 after talking to rep

I preordered mine as well but they wouldn't give me the free overnight shipping. I don't know what's going on over there now. I've never had to pay for shipping before.

I didn't request overnight shipping, but rep told me about a $20 fee for Jump now? I mean on top of monthly insurance payments that include Jump....maybe that's why my shipping dates are way off.

A fee??? No thanks. I shouldn't have to pay a Jump! fee which is really just a masked "loyalty"/"Activation" fee. That ridiculous. If that's what it takes to upgrade, I just....won't. It's not about the $20. It's the principal. This is the first time I've heard of that though. So as I'm typing I'll take it with a grain of salt I'll find out when I got to T-Mobile tonight.

Same here. Ordered in store and the system said November but text confirmation said 10/17 to 10/24.

I didn't use my JUMP to upgrade...I used the normal upgrade ....saving my JUMP for the S8 series...now I know why I got charged the 20.00 fee

Ok I just checked my EIP and my account, no where do I see a $20 Fee....i think CSR told me wrong. But I'm gonna call to reconfirm no Jump fees. All I see is taxes and down payment for the phone.

They actually did charge me $20 Jump fee... I called and they took it off my bill. Some mumbo jumbo about the Note 7. He did confirm that Jump users should not be charged $20 fee. Thanks for the article. Also I have a new shipping date of 10/22- 10/28. So not bad so far.

Unless something wrong with LG V20, i don't want the S8. Well unless it has an S pen....lol.
